This amazing Start-up organisation has grown from 10 employees in 2018 to 70 in just two years ! They were formed by the two biggest entities in their domain, to create a new competitive online solution for a key piece of legal work.

About the role

You role will be manifold in duties, objectives and interest. You will report in to the PMO Manager / Senior PM and be establishing a new PMO. This will involve you working across two “Squads” made up of Developers, Tech Leads and Business Analysts.

Delivering quality stakeholder management will also be a vital part of your role and a key objective.


Maintaining project artefacts, such as plans and reports;

Assigning tasks and controlling schedules; communicating the project’s progress to
team members and other stakeholders;

Ensuring compliance with project governance standards.

Participate in the operational aspects of projects and serves as liaison between
management and project teams.

Provide general project support to delivery teams to optimise the effective in the
delivery of milestones.

Providing information and regular support to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

Over 3 years proven professional experience as Project Coordinator in an Agile environment.

Proven JIRA Administration with the ability to create and edit JIRA workflows.

The highest-level stakeholder management skills with a demonstrable track record of managing “challenging” stakeholders.

Peerless communications skills with the ability to tailor your communications effectively to business-focused and technical audiences. This is both across verbal and written communications skills.

Relevant project management certification

Background in Financial Services/Legal industry/ A Project Management foundation
and previous experience working within a PMO, ideal but not essential.

Ability to prioritise and work at a fast pace.

Demonstrate a pro-active approach with the ability develop strong relationships.

Familiarity with and experience in at least one of the following frameworks and
methods: Waterfall and various agile frameworks Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, LeSS

Professional experience and knowledge with applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint), MS Project, Slack, and Atlassian applications such as Jira, Confluence, and ideally Jira Advanced Roadmaps.
