Your new role
Supporting a team of external, site based employees, you will be responsible for responding to new customer enquiries, updating the system with data and working with your colleagues to ensure your customers requests are fulfilled. You’ll be responsible for taking calls and solving problems, collating data for Excel reports and word processing.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have had prior administration experience and be used to working with MS Office. You’ll also be able to learn any bespoke systems quickly and enjoy providing high levels of customer service. Being part of a team and supporting your colleagues is important to you and you’ll enjoy working with others to ensure the job gets done.
