What you’ll be doing

The position will provide high quality clerical support in a busy work environment. This includes provision of telephone, reception, data, recruitment and adminsitration services for Speech Pathology and Dietetics.

How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills that includes experience in reception tasks and telephone bookings.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multi -disciplinary team.
Proven administration experience in a health setting and knowledge of hospital information systems.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the issues affecting clients from non-English speaking backgrounds.
Demonstrated fast and accurate data entry skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Proven ability to undertake a variety of roles within the workplace to meet service requirements.
Proven problem-solving and conflict negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment including the ability to organise and set work priorities.
