We currently have a permanent part time vacancy working accross 5 days/week for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to support our Caroline Chisholm Team. Based in Lane Cove, this dynamic role will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and scheduling support functions.

In this position your duties will include but are not limited to elements of or all of the following:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to our teams
General administrative duties in the home
Manage uniforms and badges for staff
Provide exceptional reception area support
Deliver high standards of customer service to internal and external stakeholders at all times
Record management for consumer and employee files

To be considered for this position you will possess the following:

Minimum two years previous experience in administrative support (Experience within the Aged or Disability Care sector is advantageous)
Strong verbal, numerical and written communication skills
Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Work well in a team environment and independently
Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to show initiative and be proactive
Up to date Influenza Vaccination, or willingness to get vaccinated
National Police Certificate
