The Role:
This exciting opportunity exists for a motivated person to provide to join the PIPER team in a part time (0.7 EFT) fixed term role for 6 months. The Administrative Officer will provide high-level administrative support to PIPER predominantly for, but not exclusive to, PIPER Paediatric and Neonatal Education.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, as well as patients and families
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Ability to multi task and deal with competing demands
Well- developed keyboard skills including word processing, power point, excel and desktop publishing
Demonstrated ability to cooperate and work well with others in the pursuit of team goals
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive approach to process improvement and problem resolution
Highly developed attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and discretion
