About the role
As part of Finance Department’s function the role is responsible for raising patient’s fees and specialists doctors’ billings, accounts receivable management, reconcile accounts, maintaining associated statistical data, receivable month end functions, computerised data entry and general duties as required. This position will also be required to manage accounts payable and general bookkeeping functions as and when required.

Selection Criteria Essential: Patient & Health Fund Billing experience or equivalent
Essential: Experience in an accounts receivable function and knowledge in general ledger bookkeeping/ accounts payable
Essential: Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Essential: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding on Computer skills – use of Accounting packages and area-wide networked computer systems or equivalent
Essential: Demonstrated Data entry, Excel and word processing skills
Essential: Ability to complete tasks on timely manner such as completing Accounts receivable monthly accounts and reconciliations, debt management.
Essential: Ad hoc/ clerical experience in Finance
