We are looking for 2 Admin officers to provide support in administrative tasks of the HAP- EE program such as updating client records, prepare travel requisitions and attend to enquiries (telephone, digital, etc.)

The HAP-EE prioritises Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children in the years before school and has a national focus across all Australia.

The HAP-EE engages with primary care clinics, early education providers, communities and families with children.

The suitable candidates will join our friendly team in our Head Office in Macquarie Park.

The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Assist in preparation and maintenance of HAP-EE Visit calendar
Co-ordinate and arrange travel for all HAP-EE staff, including flights, accommodation, vehicle hire, permits, satellite phones etc.
Prepare travel requisitions f or all staff participating in the program
Manage recall lists for all HAP-EE sites to ensure clients are seen when required
Maintain expense and reimbursement records for processing
Supporting clinical staff with pre and post trip administration (e.g. scanning and client database management, uploading service agreements)

The successful candidate must have:
Previous experience in a customer and/or stakeholder facing role
Previous administrative experience is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in tracking costs against budget
Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications
Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander (not essential)

We will require the successful candidate to be willing to have a Police Check conducted (we pay) or hold a Valid Police Check and must have rights to work in Australia
