About the Role

An opportunity exists for an Administrative Officer to join the Cochlear Implant Clinic as part of the Outpatient Bookings Unit team. The Outpatient Booking Unit oversees patient bookings for various clinics throughout the hospital including specialist clinics, bookings, emergency clerical and admissions support teams.

This is a part time role working 3 days per week (hours of work range from 8.00am to 6.00pm) with the opportunity to pick up additional hours if available

The role is patient focused and is a vital part of the clinic team ensuring that patients are arrived, departed and have appointments booked within a timely manner and are supported through their journey within our very busy specialist clinics.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, accurate data entry skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
