Reproductive Services is a busy department treating patients for a wide range of fertility and other medically issues. We work in conjunction with Melbourne IVF to provice the best service and treatment for our patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The Administration Officer is responsible for the provision of excellent customer service and quality, effective and efficient administration service to the department.
As a memeber of the Reproductive Services team, this role provides from reception and nursing office assistance according to a rotating roster. Even while rostered in a particular area, the Administration Officer may be asked to assist other team members as workload varies, in order to provide an efficient service to the Reproductive Serviecs Unit.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:
Booking appointmetns and scheduling IVF procedures
Registering, admitting and discharging patients
Answering phone calls and general reception duties as required
Assisting with the daily running of outpatient clinics
Assisting the nursing team with clerical duties
To be successful within this role you will need to have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multi task
Good time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good computer literacy skills
