About the role:
The role sits in the Safety Services team within the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Division in the Human Resource Department. The Safety Services team coordinates various high-level meetings, implements health and safety initiatives and coordinates enhancements to the organisation’s health and safety management system. The Administration Officer role plays a pivotal role in supporting the team to achieve its objectives through the delivery of superior administrative and secretariat support. The role reports through to the unit Inspector.

Your duties will include:
General administrative support and secretariat duties;
Minute taking at high-level meetings;
Prepare briefings and correspondence;
Undertake ad-hoc task as requested.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
Prior administrative experience in a corporate environment;
Well-developed minute taking skills;
Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment;
Ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
Requirements and relevant information:
The position location is Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
