ACRWORLD are excited to be working with yet another highly regarded construction company who have been in the industry for 20+ years specialising across the marine space. This business have been so busy and now looking to add a superstar Admin Manager to help keep everyone in check!

As the Administration Manager you will be responsible for:
Day to day running of the office
Bookkeeping tasks in MYOB e.g invoicing and assistance with payroll/ timesheets
HR administration and support
PA duties for the Directors
Assisting in the tendering process for future projects
Assisting with project related administration
Running of errands including assistance with couriers & deliveries/post
Scanning and upkeep of company database and archiving system
You will need to be an experienced administrator with computer skills including knowledge of MYOB, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work unsupervised
Excellent communication and verbal skills
Impeccable organisational skills
Be honest and reliable
Exceptional attention to detail
Sense of humour (This is a plus!)
Drivers License – you will be required to deliver or pickup items as per company requirements
