We are seeking a Full Time Creditors Clerk to provide accounts support to our Creditors team. The successful applicant will perform data entry accounting functions this may include matching dockets, processing invoices and raising credit claims.
Matching Dockets to invoices
Prepare invoices for entering (GIR)
Raise claims as required
Process claim reversals and credit notes as required
Raise cost variances
Attend to enquiries – Suppliers, Staff members and Head Office
Assist with other areas of Accounts Payables department as required
Basic data entry skills
Be highly motivated and results driven person
Enjoy working in a team environment
Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail and be able to resolve issues
Able to work with minimal supervision
Have accurate data entry skills
To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude
Have the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
