The Role

Due to an increase in work, we are seeking a talented Administration Assistant who is tech-savvy, a great communicator and has an eye for detail. This role will be working with the People & Culture team. Due to the COVID situation, this role will be based from home with some attendance at our Melbourne CBD office.

We’re looking for someone to work part-time, 4 hours per day Monday – Friday. This is an initial 3 month fixed-term contract with a view to extend.

Key Responsibilities:
Support new employees during the onboarding stage to ensure a great new starter experience;
Arrange equipment to be sent to new employees’ homes;
Arranging for equipment to be returned to our offices;
Running reports for our QR registration process nationally;
Assisting employees with pre-registering to attend offices;
Input and maintain information in our various People & Culture systems;
Other administrative support to the wider People & Culture team; and
Ensure confidentiality for sensitive employee information at all times.

Skills & experience we’re looking for:
Experience working in a high volume work environment;
Tech savvy, experience picking up and navigating complex systems quickly;
An enthusiastic self-starter who takes initiative;
Strong excel and reporting skills;
Ability to prioritise and maintain attention to detail in a fast paced environment;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing a high level client service; and
Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and cope effectively with complexity and change.
