Right now, a position is available for a full-time Administration Assistant based at our Nunawading store. However, part-time can be negotiable for the right candidate.
Perform bookkeeping duties within PRONTO, as directed by the store owner.
Manage paperwork for goods receipting, invoicing and customer service.
Accounts Payable data input.
Fulfil administrative duties such as data entry, filing, telephone enquiries.
You will have a high level of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as excellent time management skills. You will be able to prioritise and re-prioritise effectively and have strong attention to detail. Well-presented with a warm, friendly, resilient and team-spirited personality you are able to show initiative, be reliable, responsible and punctual.
Experience with software systems such as PRONTO.
Familiarity and ability to use Microsoft Office, including proficient in Excel.
