A well established accounting firm located in Melbourne’s CBD are looking for their next administrator to join their team. With growth plans and a progressive team, the opportunity has opened up for someone with proven administration experience to join the tight-knit family vibe team.

Responsibilities

Actioning incoming and outgoing mail
Reception cover
Maintaining database
Providing general administration support to the managers and administration team
Appointment booking and meeting room management
Assisting clients and staff with queries
Document management and preparation
Collation and lodgement of tax returns and BAS
TFN and ABN applications
Regular dealings with the ATO
General administration duties such as booking appointments, banking, deliveries, scanning documents, maintaining a clean and tidy work environment etc.

About you

1-2 years previous experience in an accounting firm or the professional services industry
Previous experience with accounting software (XERO, MYOB, APS)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and be challenged
