Health Predictions specialises in health industry support including providing insurance medical assessments, flu vaccinations and in home support for clinical trial participants.
Due to growth, we now are seeking a friendly, organised Administrator to join our stable team. This is a full time role where you can work from home with some time in the Hawthorn office as needed.
Day to day, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the process to gather medical assessment data and reports in support of life insurance applications. You will take charge of all the ‘moving parts’, which includes scheduling appointments for clients, gathering medical reports and ensuring all documentation is correctly filed and distributed.
You will enjoy this role if you are extremely organised and relish work that makes a real difference in peoples’ lives. We place a high value on employee wellbeing and pride ourselves on a warm and friendly work culture.
Whilst experience within the medical industry would be of benefit, it is not required. It’s your communication skills, attention to detail and mature minded approach to Administration that will set you in good stead within our team.
You will need good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. A large part of the role involves coordinating availability of clients and nurses, so being able to demonstrate previous experience in a role where scheduling was a key duty is an advantage.
