Full Job Description
APM WorkCare’s team is expanding, and have an opportunity for a skilled administrator with an interest in allied health to join the team in a support role. This a 3 month role working full time hours with the potential to become permanent.

You will be working closely with a collaborative and professional team, and will need to have excellent communication and engagement abilities combined with a proactive attitude and friendly demeanour to work with multiple stakeholders, clients and customers.

Working within a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, you will be integral to the team in the provision of professional and confidential administrative support required to meet overall team deliverables. Daily tasks will include:

Initial assessment and progress reports
Return to Work plans
Maintain accurate documentation in Atlas database
Collate and distribute mail, faxes and questionnaires to treating health practitioners
Input data from client surveys into database and/or spreadsheet
Development and revision of resumes and cover letters for clients
Arranging and booking of consultant assessments

This role would suit someone with an existing understanding of occupational rehabilitation or allied health administrative functions such as report writing, data collection and documentation.

You will need:

strong computer skills with accurate data entry
high level of time management and organisational skills
exceptional communication skills
willingness to participate in team and workplace activities

To be considered, you must have working right in Australia, complete a Police Check and reference check, a vehicle and have a driver’s licence.

Please note: this is a three month role with potential for extension.
