This is a fabulous opportunity to join a well-established boutique Accountancy firm located on the lower North Shore. Working closely with the Director, to be successful in this role you will be someone who thrives in a true support role and has strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reception – Answering phones, meeting & greeting visitors
Mail sorting and distribution
Calendar management
Document preparation & processing
Liaising with clients and the ATO
Filing and scanning
Running Office errands
The successful candidate will have a positive and collaborative approach, be highly organised, exhibit strong written and spoken communications skills and demonstrate a high attention to detail.

To be considered you will have a minimum of 5 years office/admin experience with competent computer skills (Typing, Word & Excel). Whilst industry experience would be highly regarded, training can be provided in the software and processes required.

The is a permanent part time position 4 days per week with hours being 9.30am to 2.30pm. The hourly rate is $30.00 per hour + Super.
