Further enhancing our EPIC Sales approach, our Outbound team is excited to build interest in our products, services and events through a personalised connection and identifying our potential customers’ needs through effective questioning, interpretation and active listening.
Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
Take pride in your customer service approach, being professional, interested and engaging
Efficiently capture relevant customer information, interpreting the detail to provide clear insights for Sales conversion
Convert potential leads to sales opportunities, adding invaluable data, for our New Home Advisor team
Use effective objection handling skills, responding promptly to questioning whilst identifying the required customer need(s)

The successful candidate will have:
Extensive experience in customer support within a fast-paced environment
A professional and passionate approach, providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Focus to actively listen with a high attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken
Capacity to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines
An understanding of sales processes would be considered an advantage
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer skills and exposure working with database systems
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
