Qualifications & experience

A minimum of 5+ years experience as an Account Manager/Relationship Manager in the cleaning industry is essential.
Strong Organisational and Management skills
Excellent relationship building skills with key stakeholders
Excellent Communication & Project Management skills
Should have knowledge in operating Microsoft Office Applications
Should have knowledge in correct handling and practices for Chemicals & Equipment
Commitment to Safe Working Practices

Tasks & responsibilities

This job application is perfect for an individual that is an Experienced Account Manager with Extensive Business Relationship experience. Cleaning, Chemical and Equipment knowledge is beneficial. Role is within the Sydney Region.
You will responsible for a variety of tasks inclusive but are not limited to:
Building relationships with existing and new clients
Managing site managers & cleaning teams at various sites
Responsible for providing Services Delivery at a high standard
Site Inspections
Accepting and handling special requests for clients or customers as required appropriately.
