About the role
We have an amazing entry-level, full-time opportunity in our Sydney office for a Accounts Clerk to join our busy team. This role would be ideal for a candidate looking to launch their career into Accounts.
Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager, your tasks will include (but are not limited to) the following:
Preparing invoices & arranging payment
Cheques handling and processing
Daily cheques reconciliations
Ad hoc administrative duties as required
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
Motivation and a common sense approach
The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
