Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Bilingual in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Enter accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner and maintain accounts payable system and files.

Examine financial statements to ensure that they are accurate and comply with laws and regulations.

Balance and process bank deposits and cash.

Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensure that taxes are paid properly and on time.

Assess financial operations and make the best-practices recommendations to management.

Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profits.

Prepare the monthly sales tax report on a timely basis. Assist in the preparation of payroll including maintaining employee records and reviewing reports and tax returns.

Assist with employee benefits administration.

Other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
