Full Job Description
An Account Executive at Zipie is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of key accounts, as well as ensuring smooth onboarding and execution of clients and client campaigns. The Account Executive must have demonstrated success in thought leadership, campaign development, monitoring and controlling budgets, growing existing client relationships and cultivating new client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to build strategic marketing campaigns and deliver on integrated marketing plans
Serve as client liaison with key accounts, keeping internal teams and client updated and informed at all stages of every campaign
Oversee positive, mutually-beneficial relationships with media and other external vendors
Prepare campaign plans and creative briefs and review copy, design and revisions prior to submission to clients
Maintain a high-level of understanding and knowledge about each of our clients, including brand, vision, product(s), customer base and sales process
Work with digital team to analyze monthly reporting and evaluate for successes and new opportunities
Manage and facilitate high-level media placements, marketing programs, and social media campaigns
Grow existing client business, upselling additional services when appropriate, and participate in new business pitches
Ensure proper forecasting, billing and accounting of client deliverables to help achieve profitability goals
Keep Zipie management informed of pertinent activities and anticipate potential problems before they become issues

Continue to refine and define our marketing processes to grow existing accounts and support new business
Coordinate and manage the resources needed to execute all projects
Maintain awareness and understanding of emerging digital platforms and best-in-class tactics being used by others, as well as look for opportunities to innovate
Support any other client or leadership requests as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related discipline
Three to five years of account management experience, preferably in a full-service marketing agency
Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail and time-management skills
Creative, strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and work ethic
Self-starter who is at home with all forms of media: broadcast/digital/social/print
Comfortable wearing many hats and working in a start-up environment
Familiarity with digital advertising and performance metrics
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people at all levels within the company, as well as with external vendors
Excellent ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
