M Booth, an award-winning integrated communications agency, has an immediate opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join our growing Lifestyle Team (Spirts). A successful candidate will be hungry to learn and grow in the spirits space in a hybrid role that blends traditional PR efforts with digital expertise. The Account Coordinator is instrumental in supporting teams through day-to-day account assignments including baseline media relations, reporting, research and programmatic support. The Account Coordinator will also fill the role of Community Manager on select accounts where our team runs our clients’ social media communities. They’ll moderate our channels, develop content calendars and report insights and learnings back to the team. In assisting with the execution of integrated campaigns, the Account Coordinator begins learning what it takes to pull off integrated strategies and programs for clients.
Responsible for tracking coverage and merchandising results back to client on a daily basis
Integral part of news engine efforts, drafting pitches, creating media lists and pitching reporters, collaborating with broader team on progress
Managing and leading execution of all logistics for media mailers, from coordinating with vendors, overseeing assembly, as well as deliveries
Assist with execution of influencer programming, from influencer identification to influencer management and reporting
Serve as team meeting manager, developing agendas/recaps and coordinating schedules
Creative thinker, participating in brainstorms to help develop news-generating ideas for existing client roster, as well as assisting with new business pitches
Community Manages client social channels like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat and Instagram
Publishes content to social channels
Monitors social media conversations
Analyzes content performance and reports back to team
Monitors paid media performance
Assists with compiling social media content calendars
Works with content production partners
Attends and contributes to client/team meetings, takes notes
Monitors digital trends and shares with internal team
Learns vendor software and social media listening and measurement tools
Participates in client events with a focus on social amplification
Supports the overall team infrastructure and administrative needs
1 year experience within PR firm or agency (internship included)
Passion for spirits/ restaurant industry. Outgoing, positive, ability to work in a fast- paced environment, and juggle multiple tasks at once.
