We are looking for a fantastic Front Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our visitors – and much more.
This role will also lead work to re-shape our front office operations and provide support to our Property and Facilities team.
Our Front Office Coordinator is key to keeping our organisation running smoothly. We’re looking for an excellent communicator who is positive, welcoming and approachable. You’ll enjoy providing great customer service, both in person and over the phone.
You’ll also be organised, work well in a busy environment, be confident with technology, and have a foundation of strong administrative skills.
