Front of House Team Members – New Zealand Job Vacancy
We are a bustling restaurant on Cuba Street serving traditional and modern Italian small plates.
We seek two part-time front of house team members. The positions available are for 2 – 4 shifts per week (12-25 hours) flexible on your availability. This is mostly evening work, 4pm – 6.30pm start and 10pm-12.30am finishes. There could be some day time work should your availability suit, particularly weekends. We open seven days a week from 11.30am til late. There’s always additional work where wanted during university breaks.
We are a well-organised operation serving great food and drink with fair management. Our team are “into and onto”- proud, honest, positive, personable and have genuine care.
These are not entry-level positions. We are a well-regarded restaurant that have high standards of hospitality and service. You need to present with some hospitality experience, preferably table service. Our restaurant is energetic with high table turnover. You’ll be expected to run your own section and uphold our standards. We provide clear expectations, a sequence of flow and events, are serious about providing exceptional hospitality but want ‘you’ to come through tableside.
What we offer:
$18.50-20 per hour starting rate (Rising in March prior to the minimum wage increase April 1)
