Customer Service Assistants – The Faraday Centre – New Zealand Job Vacancy
Casual positions available, working as and when required.
The Faraday Centre is Hawke’s Bay’s Museum of Technology. It’s a place of discovery where history comes alive through hands on experience. We are currently looking for customer service assistants who have a passion for technology and awesome customer service skills to join the team and help out on a casual basis.
For this role you will bring:
A commitment to customer service and exceeding customer expectations
Ability to relate well to a wide range of people
Cash handling skills
A good level of fitness
In this role you will be responsible for
Being an ambassador for the museum
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and local residents
Assisting with ticketing
Available to work any of the seven days
