Contract Accounting Assistant/ Accounts Payable – USA Job Vacancy

Job#2421: Chameleon Technologies is searching for a Contract Accounting Assistant/Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a Part-Time role– Approx. 10-16 hours per week; In Office, Flexible days/hours.

Job Description:

  • Review and process weekly invoices
  • Manage invoice payables for Cayman parent
  • Assist in the preparation of annual 1099’s
  • Prepare journal entries – fixed assets, prepaids
  • Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Assist with preparation of month-end reporting
  • Assist with monthly credit card expense reports
  • Property Tax Return Preparation
  • Participate in other projects as assigned and requested

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in an accounting related field, including A/P

Critical thinker and strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills, written and oral

Solid work ethic

Proficient in MS Excel, Office

Experience with MS Dynamics and/or Concur a plus
